Zadar is getting rid of Romel Beck

Not even few days after the return from the French tour Zadar's coach Aleksandar Petrović changed his mind regarding the status of Romel Beck according to the Adriatic League website. What seemed to be a great transfer for Zadar at the time is ending in a contract break now. His intention not to have him in the team after an incident in France was backed by the club's disciplinary committee on Tuesday.

Beck picked a quarrel with the coach while being on the pre-season tour abroad and will now have to either find a new club or accept being loaned to one other team chosen by Zadar. Last season playing for Capo Di Orlando averaging 17.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 15 games. He is also a member of the Mexican National Team.

One of the candidates for Romel's spot is rumored to be Marlon Garnett that was the top scorer for Split last season and also the 2nd top scorer of the Adriatic League.
